Anonymous atmospheric black metal project Wallfahrer have released the official video for “Gipfelthron,” an eleven-minute journey through the heart of nature and isolation. The track follows the release of “Wanderer in den Schatten,”the first single from the band’s upcoming album, Knochenkabinett.

Since the release of their independently issued debut album, Anthologie der Abkehr, in 2018, Wallfahrer have deliberately kept the identities of all members hidden, choosing to let the music and its message take center stage. Their anonymity has fueled speculation that established musicians may be behind the project.
