Argentinian power/heavy metal act Preludio Ancestral will release their sixth full-length album, ‘Guardians of Twilight‘, on April 14, 2026 via Fighter Records, arriving on CD and digital platforms.

Formed in 2005 by guitarist and composer Leonardo Gatti, the band have steadily evolved from hard rock beginnings into a fully fledged epic power metal force. Early acclaim for ‘Hacia lo Inmortal‘ led to support shows with Rhapsody of Fire and Stratovarius, while later releases such as Oblivion (2018) and Magnus (2023) strengthened their international profile.

Composed, mixed, and mastered entirely by Gatti, ‘Guardians of Twilight‘ spans 12 tracks and promises a sweeping, melodic power metal journey steeped in heroic imagery and dramatic momentum. The album marks Preludio Ancestral’s most focused and ambitious chapter to date.
