Finnish rock outfit Nelosolut have wrapped up their spring release cycle with the arrival of their energetic new single, Palasiksi. Combining infectious melodies, driving riffs and classic Finnish rock influences with a modern edge, the track showcases a band continuing to build momentum ahead of their next chapter.

While previous singles Sumu and En saa henkee gradually raised the intensity, Palasiksi is where everything finally erupts. The song explores the dangerous attraction between two people trapped in a connection where emotion consistently overpowers reason.

“At the heart of Palasiksi is an intense and risky attraction between two people,” vocalist Timi Pettersson explains. “It’s that situation where you know you should probably keep your distance, but then the other person looks at you once and suddenly you’re all in again.”

He adds:

“Let’s put it this way: this is the strongest single we’ve released so far. At this point, we’re not testing the waters anymore—we’re hitting the gas and seeing who can keep up.”

The release closes the band’s current trilogy of spring singles, but Nelosolut already have more music on the horizon. A new three-single cycle is planned for autumn, while work on the band’s third studio album is progressing steadily toward a release next year.

Before returning with new material, the band will focus on what they have become known for: bringing their high-energy rock show to the stage. Having already played more than 200 concerts and following the release of their album Paha Maailma last year, Nelosolut continue to strengthen their reputation as one of Finland’s most hardworking live acts.
