Italian symphonic power metal outfit Temperance have announced their seventh studio album, Arcani, set for release on October 16, 2026, via Napalm Records. Inspired by the mystical world of Tarot, the album will see each of its 13 tracks represent a different card from the Major Arcana, promising an ambitious blend of storytelling and the band’s signature symphonic metal sound.
To celebrate the announcement, Temperance have also unveiled the album’s first single, “The Devil: Sin, Sin, Sin.”Inspired by the Devil card—the fifteenth trump of the Major Arcana—the track combines dramatic orchestration with heavy instrumentation and a memorable chorus, while showcasing the band’s trademark multi-vocalist approach.

Speaking about the new single, guitarist and vocalist Marco Pastorino said:
“We’ve decided to begin our journey into the world of Arcani with a brand-new metal anthem for our upcoming setlists. ‘Sin, Sin, Sin’ embodies The Devil card, opening the gates to the world of Tarot within the context of TEMPERANCE. Are you ready to fall into sin?”
With Arcani, Temperance continue expanding their cinematic approach to symphonic power metal, combining soaring melodies, intricate arrangements, and conceptual storytelling. The album promises to be one of the band’s most ambitious releases to date, inviting listeners to explore the symbolism and mysteries of the Tarot through music.
