Progressive psychedelic rock heavyweights Elder have announced their long-awaited return to Australia, revealing a headline tour for May 2027 with special guests Khan. The upcoming run will mark the band’s first Australian performances since 2015.

The announcement comes amid a busy touring schedule that sees Elder performing at major European festivals this summer, followed by an extensive North American headline tour this autumn. In early 2027, the band will also embark on a European and UK tour alongside Temple Fang and Rezn before heading Down Under.

Reflecting on their return, the band shared:

“For over a decade we’ve been waiting for things to line up for us to finally get back to Australia, and we’re extremely stoked this finally came together! We had so many great times and met so many lovely people on our first trip in 2015 and are more than looking forward to returning with the 10+ years of new music we’ve made since then. Of course we’ll bring a generous helping of our new record Through Zero alongside our older repertoire.“

Fans can expect a setlist featuring material from Elder’s latest album, Through Zero, alongside fan favourites spanning the band’s ever-evolving catalogue. Tickets for the Australian tour are on sale now via the band’s official website.
