German black metal outfit Boötes Void will release their third full-length album, Panta Rhei, on September 4, 2026 via Vendetta Records, diving into a world where nothing—not power, society, nor the self—can escape change.

The album takes its name from the philosophical principle associated with ancient Greek thinker Heraclitus: “everything flows.” Built around the idea that existence is defined by constant transformation, Panta Rhei uses impermanence as the thread connecting eight tracks exploring power, collapse, despair, mortality, and ultimately acceptance.

Opening tracks “Crown of Vermin” and “Shapers of the End” confront systems of power sustained through suffering and a society seemingly willing to consume itself into the very destruction it fears. From there, the record gradually moves deeper into its philosophical core, culminating in the title track, where change itself becomes the answer rather than the enemy.

Formed in Würzburg in 2019, Boötes Void have steadily developed their sound through The Alder’s Sleep, Alder’s Heresy, and full-length albums C.O.L.D. and Singularity. With Panta Rhei, the band now push both their sonic identity and conceptual ambitions into darker, more reflective territory.

Featuring guest vocals from Lukas Gosch on the title track, Panta Rhei arrives September 4 via Vendetta Records—a reminder that everything changes, everything disappears, and perhaps resistance to that truth is where the real suffering begins.
