Heavy metal legends ACCEPT have unveiled a newly recorded version of “Save Us,” the third single from their upcoming 50th-anniversary album, Teutonic Titans 1976-2026, arriving September 4, 2026 via Napalm Records.
Originally featured on 1980’s I’m a Rebel, the deep cut receives a new life with an impressive guest lineup featuring Ghost mastermind Tobias Forge, Anthrax bassist Frank Bello, and Korn drummer Ray Luzier.
Interestingly, it was Forge himself who brought the forgotten track back to Wolf Hoffmann’s attention.
“He said that his favourite song was ‘Save Us’, and at one point he was considering using it as a cover song on one of their albums. ‘Save Us’? I don’t even remember that song. Nobody has even mentioned that song! I had to go back and listen to it,” Hoffmann recalls.

Produced, mixed, and mastered by Zeuss, Teutonic Titans 1976-2026 celebrates five decades of ACCEPT with 19 reimagined classics and 50 guest musicians from across the heavy metal world.
With “Save Us,” the anniversary becomes more than a journey through the obvious classics—it also reaches into the overlooked corners of ACCEPT’s catalogue, proving that even after five decades, there are still old songs waiting to be rediscovered.
