German speed metallers KNIFE are back with a vengeance. The band have announced their third studio album, Into Your Nightmare, arriving December 18, 2026 via Napalm Records, alongside its first furious single, “Shadows.”

Described as heavier, wilder and considerably grimmer than its predecessors, Into Your Nightmare pushes KNIFE further into the collision between speed metal, black metal and raw punk, maintaining the unpolished aggression that has defined the band so far.

Despite serving as the album’s first single, “Shadows” actually closes the upcoming record. Fast, shrieking and relentlessly energetic, the track offers an immediate taste of the darker direction surrounding KNIFE’s third chapter.

“KNIFE are back with a vengeance. Once again, a raging tornado of pure Speed Metal is ascending from Hell,” the band says. “The first single, ‘Shadows’, is fast as a shark, ready to break your neck.”

With Into Your Nightmare, KNIFE aren’t looking to soften the edges. Instead, their third album promises to make them sharper, faster and considerably more vicious.
