Genre-defying folk-prog artist Dikajee has announced her new album, The Frame, set for release on November 6, 2026, alongside the release of its first single, “Gunpowder,” accompanied by an evocative music video.

Featuring guest appearances from Varijashree Venugopal (Snarky Puppy) and Jonathan Noyce (Archive, Jethro Tull), “Gunpowder” offers another glimpse into Dikajee’s unique fusion of progressive rock, folk, and neoclassical influences.

Speaking about the video’s concept, mastermind Olga Karpova said:

“‘Gunpowder’ is a story of overcoming the limits of the mind and body. The Blind will see, the Child will light the fires, and the Ghost will have a face again. This is the life of a human.”

Following the critical success of her 2021 album Forget~Me~Nots and a successful Kickstarter campaign, Dikajee returns with an ambitious new record featuring an international lineup of guest musicians, including members of Jethro Tull, KLONE, Pain of Salvation, Within Temptation, and more. The Frame arrives on November 6.
