Horror-inspired collective Thy Sanatorium have released the official music video for “Feed the Mirror,“ taken from their debut album, released in April 2026. The video marks the band’s seventh visual release.
The track explores the disturbing effects of social media addiction, from narcissism and the constant need for validation to its impact on mental health and everyday relationships.
“Social media feeds narcissism in everyone, the illusion that spouting your opinion and everything you post matters. It’s a rat race of LOOK AT ME! LOOK AT ME!” explains Aries.
The musician describes the endless pursuit of online attention and the depression that can follow when validation disappears as “horror in its purest form.”
With “Feed the Mirror,” Thy Sanatorium remind listeners that some of today’s most unsettling horrors exist far beyond fiction.
