German heavy metal legends ACCEPT have unveiled a new version of “Losers and Winners,” the final single from their 50th anniversary album Teutonic Titans 1976-2026, released September 4 via Napalm Records.
Originally featured on 1983’s iconic Balls to the Wall, the reimagined track brings together an impressive cast of guests, with Hansi Kürsch on vocals, Paul Gilbert on guitar, Chuck Garric on bass and Tommy Aldridge behind the drums.
“I thought Hansi would be a cool guy for that song, and lo and behold, he did a fantastic job,” says Wolf Hoffmann. “Nobody phoned it in and did a half-assed job. Everyone gave it all.”
Celebrating five decades of ACCEPT, Teutonic Titans 1976-2026 features 19 newly recorded songs and 50 guest musicians, with production, mixing and mastering handled by Zeuss.
With “Losers and Winners,” ACCEPT once again look back at their history without simply preserving it—giving a four-decade-old track a new voice for their 50th anniversary.
