Belgian atmospheric metalcore newcomers Ice Sealed Eyes have unveiled their new EP, Tape 1: Far Away, marking the beginning of a new era for the band. The four-track release unfolds as a continuous emotional journey, exploring themes of grief, isolation, betrayal, and acceptance.

Built around shimmering ambient textures, crushing guitars, thunderous drums, and soaring vocals, the EP invites listeners into a cinematic soundscape where each song naturally flows into the next. From the fading hope of “Stay Still”to the emotional breaking point of “The Weight Of Loss,” Tape 1: Far Away rewards those who experience it from start to finish.

Following the success of their debut album ALTAR, Ice Sealed Eyes have quickly established themselves as one of Belgium’s most promising heavy acts. The band has amassed millions of streams, toured across Europe, appeared at Euroblast Festival, and shared the stage with artists including Falling In Reverse, Unprocessed, Amenra, Brutus, Resolve, and Hypno5e.

To support the release, Ice Sealed Eyes will hit the road across France and Belgium, with dates beginning at Tramfest in Troyes this September before embarking on an extensive tour in early 2027.
