Canadian modern metal outfit Osyron have released their new single “Telos,” taken from their upcoming self-titled album, “Osyron,” arriving on November 27, 2026, via Distortion Music Group (DMG), powered by Reigning Phoenix Music.

Exploring themes of identity, manipulation and self-discovery, “Telos” examines how societal expectations, institutions and personal struggles can gradually take control of our lives. The song encourages listeners to recognise these influences, break free from destructive patterns and rediscover their own purpose.

“After losing ourselves in those systems, we recognize the cyclical trap we find ourselves in and decide to reclaim our identity, agency, pride, and ultimately our own purpose,” the band explains.

Drawing its title from the Greek concept of an ultimate purpose or goal, “Telos” delivers a message of resilience and self-determination.
