Danish metalcore/deathcore outfit SANSERA have unveiled their new single “Eyes Like Dying Stars,” the second glimpse into their forthcoming EP Soleil Noir, arriving October 4 via Prime Collective.

Blending crushing heaviness with dark, atmospheric textures, the track tells the tragic story of two broken people consumed by grief who see death as the only way to remain together forever.

“Unable to endure the weight and suffering of life any longer, they make a pact to leave the world together, believing that only in death can they remain side by side for eternity,” the band explains.

Formed in Jutland in 2020, SANSERA introduced their combination of raw emotion and crushing metal through their 2023 debut Funeral for a Broken Mind and have since shared stages with bands including MØL and Nothing Noble.

With Soleil Noir, the band aim to push their sound further while keeping the emotional darkness and intensity at its core. “Eyes Like Dying Stars” is available now on all major streaming platforms.
